I have endure 3 changes of ownership in all this time and have seen the improvements.
Food is consistently good and very affordable. The cake/pie Desserts are a specialty here. Service is friendly, but deficient, not terrible, just slow and lacking attention. Probably because the staff is young and in a constant turnover, not career waitresses. Be ready to wait during on Octoberfest.
